Fireflies is a new ministry of our parish—the purpose is to bring our entire parish together, mid-week, once-per-month, for a community dinner, Philoptochos meeting, youth events and dynamic guest speakers. Our vibrant ministries are a warm, glowing light in the dark of the night! September’s event featured "tie-dye" fun for our JOY ministry (the children made shirts for themselves and for our friends at ECHO), an energetic GOYA meeting, and guest speaker Major Mark Trammell, Commander of Troop H, Florida Highway Patrol. It was a night for community, a night of excitement and a night with something for everyone! We all look forward to the future of "Fireflies" at our parish!
